Girl, lets not even. Pink had hits prior to Lady Marmalade and GTPS was going to be massive with or without it. People were shocked she did a 180 with her musical style. You wanna talk about who inspires who? Lets look at the producers list for the 2001 album Missundaztood and then look at the producers list for the 2002 album Stripped. Notice a few matches? One of them Pink dug out herself. Without Pink digging up Linda Perry, "Beautiful" wouldn't have happened. The song that saved the Stripped era after Dirrty proved to fail as a lead single. So who's looking up to who here? Dirrty was inspired by Britney's "Slave" rebellion and Beautiful happened thanks to Pink/Linda. Hmmm. If she wouldn't have had a hit to pull that era out of the ground, where would she be? Christina has never been a trend setter.

GTPS had a lot of hype coming from LM though. She wasn't very well known before that (She's even credited last on that song, even after a small R&B singer like Mya

)
And I don't think Slave inspired Dirrty. Christina was always sexual before that and it would have come out regardless
Beautiful may not have saved Stripped if that didnt happen, but there's no telling if another song may not have done the job too like say Fighter.
