You would think with all the conspiracies out there, his would have caught on more but chile, ain't no one talking about this aside from whoever it is in the video. It's so easy for him to say that we'll forget about the eight minutes of enlightenment because it's not going to happen.
I'm not freaking out at all. I'm hoping this happens, just like I hope I win the lottery tonight, if it doesn't, oh well. Life will go on. As you said, the media has been saying the world would end since forever but this guy doesn't say it will end so its completely different.
As for you saying that we are only about a day away and no signs show of anything happening: Do signs ever show? It looks sunny right now where I live and it doesn't look like the sun will be going down but obviously it will. Eclipses have happened before...

There's a difference between a 10,000 year old prophecy and a cult-like end of the world rubbish that a bible extremist predicted.
A 10,000 prophecy didn't survive this long for nothing. Of course something may happen. What it would be? We don't know. It may not happen. But to be such a hard headed skeptic, and disproving skeptic is just ignorance.

It would be great if the "enlightenment" thing happened. No one can predict the future so how about everyone stops fuming and just waits 2 more days to see. I don't believe it but it's interesting and it would be cool if it did happen.
