I'm sure the majority of popstars are forced to record material, but it's just strange how blunt she was. Rihanna is constantly ridiculed for singing lyrics she did not write, but she would not have the audacity to tweet such a thing, despite her typically rambunctious behavior.
Anyway, I applaud K$ for being respectful. But, I do think she went too far with the second tweet. But I feel like that was a direct attack to her label & possibly Dr (F)Luke. Luke is awful, a liar & needs to get out of the industry. He gets more deceiving by the day.
Imma miss hearing it daily on the radio, I always turned it up when it came on the radio. I understand the school shooting and the title "Die Young" might offend some poeple but it's not her fault, she didn't pull the trigger.
I knew Last Goodbye should've been the lead single. The album produced by Wayne and 2 Luke tracks for backup. Industry respect, awards, acclaim, 400k first day. Damn RCA, its like they never learn from their mistakes
The part about being forced to sing Die Young was just so dumb. She made the same excuse regarding the Britney who line from Styrofoam.
Transparent. She didn't need to lie. I'm disappointed in her.
Same. That tweet is such a mess in general. The issue is the school shooting and DY being removed from radio NOT her lack of power in career decisions. There was no need to even mention that. I don't get why she needs to prove she didn't like those lyrics. No one is blaming her for anything.
