I can definitely see some similarities.
I think you matched them up as well as anyone could -- the albums really are quite varied sonically.
I tried to do almost the same thing a few days ago but focused on themes and lyrics instead of sounds, but I kinda got bored and gave up after getting the obvious ones out of the way.
