And I'm sure Nicole will return for the next UK season.. Unless she opt out.

Nicole was really meant to do one season. i mean sure she already confirmed it before and i believe her but obviously a lot of people dont. even the media says she was fired.

-louis walsh and tulisa said they only get the call to come back for the next series in February. even louis walsh waits for the golden call. so that means they have 1 year contracts.

If people keep insisting Nicole was fired then we can say the same for Britney Spears and Kelly Rowland.

Kelly was invited for another season but she declined. Britney wants to leave after this season. Completely different situations. Nicole wasn't renewed because Simon and the producers were unhappy with her performance. In business, that is synonymous to fired.

Cheryl sued because she was on contract and the producers failed to deliver on their part of the agreement. And she was fired while still on contract. She had every reason to get back at the show who ****ed her over.

Also, the ITV bosses wanted Nicole, not Simon. Simon reportedly didn't want Nicole on it since Nicole was awful on X Factor USA. But the ITV bosses believed in her and she shined on the UK X Factor.

the UK and the US version have the same producers. Freemantle/syco tv and thames. Richard Holloway is also the executive producer of both shows. If she was really fired why is she on the UK show who basically have the same producers? I believe FOX just felt like Nicole isnt for the US version so the producers tried to send her to the UK cause they know how well she did when she guest judged. Plus her resume fits the judging spot.

Not true. After their contracts weren't renewed Simon did a few interviews and in those he said that the producers liked Nicole ( because which producer wouldn't like the person who gave their show the most publicity it ever had?) however they were already replacing Paula because Simon and Paula together were too reminiscent of American Idol and those comparisations were exactly the kind of thing they were trying to avoid. So they already had a few big names in mind as a replacement but they didn't think those names would work well with Nicole so she had to go as well. They rather kept the big name and found someone to replace Nicole than keeping Nicole and finding someone that suited her.

You can't give me the "Producers were unhappy with Nicole" crap because the Nicole we saw on that show was manufactured BY the producers (ie poor editing, having her play a certain role)
