The only market we can really credit will.i.am for the songs success is in the UK, the only place he truly managed to chart high in with his last solo efforts. Until Scream & Shout, his highest charting single in Germany was #54 and The Script are the reason they are #1, not will.i.am's "power" from being featured on their single.

I will say, Scream & Shout is helping BOTH in a load of European countries though, managing to gain Britney her highest charting singles since Womanizer as well as giving will.i.am his first taste of solo sucess.

I wish some Britney stans would stop acting like he's some MASSIVE force in Europe.

He is a big force in the UK, which makes up most of the European market.

He is not a massive force, but he is still quite big in Europe atm.
