It's been averaging about 11m - 12m viewers per episode. The finale will likely be about 13-14 million.

So that will be more than the AMA's which only drew in 9.5 million.

More than the AMAs sure, but what's more important is that with only a fraction of the performers of The AMAs, there's no way she'd get lost in the shuffle.
