She's getting more local by the second Her sales are so disappointing and not trying to be a Debbie downer but I don't see anything changing with C'Mon being released.

And wrong, timing is EVERYTHING with these kinds of releases.

I do agree with the timing part. She shouldn't release during the holiday season imo especially her album.

I agree, it just is how it is, we never know how the GP is going to react to ANY song for that matter. I think the main shame is Warrior is doing so good in every other aspect that the GP isn't here for her

She'll be fine though. It's a little rough patch but I feel like we're making it worse than it actually is though.

the era is starting off a little rocky but im sure Dr Luke won't let her princess crumble. He genuinely cares for Ke$ha and her career i hope he does something

At the end of the day, Ke$ha's musical delivery style, independent of any generic beat she might be slapped on (ie. Die Young) is ultimately polarizing. She is a singles artist currently because she falls into such a niche in which a group of people either think she's super interesting and quirky and love her for it, another group would only ever admit to downloading or buying one or two of her tracks as a guilty pleasure, and others think she's annoying as ****. To shift major albums, she has to be a bit more accessible, while also keeping it distinguishable and true to herself (and at the time it came out, I truly believe WAWWA was a nice example of that).

DY unfortunately was a really uneventful rehash of another recently released song, so I am not surprised it hasn't been the album sales catalyst that was expected. I think the fact that the beat was pretty indistinguishable from Good Feeling really hurt it in the sense that no one listening to that track, even people that like the song, are going to be intrigued to hear the album it came from. Of all of the songs on the album, it is the most non-representative. Releasing any other track with a more arguably original (or at least not some blatant copy-paste) beat may have changed that.

Anyway, just my two cents. I'm hoping she sees a slow burn with this album and that people really get a chance to listen to it because it really is a lot of fun, and she DOES keep it interesting on a good handful of tracks here. At the end of the day though, I don't know why so many people are worrying. Dr. Luke and her team are not going to just let her fail. I'm just growing tired of premature meltdowns all the time, it really ***** on the whole fun of getting a new album in your hands and enjoying it.

Is it an unpopular opinion of me to say I think Cmon is the best song on the album? I was into the hype when the album first leaked and thought every song was better than what was already released, but I think Cmon is the best song now.

i don't think it's the best but it's one of the most fun songs on the record and i love it for what it is.

Her look was absolutely awful. She's just started cleaning up and looking gorgeous and then she goes and does her hair like THAT.

But overall, for her first time ever performing it, I think she did a good job.
