Was there a lot of divulgation? They discount in the gross what was paid in divulgation.. TV.. Radio.. Newspaper
I really think she played with a written contract here. I think half the money she made from the sold tickets were given to the ticket selling company and instead the state gave her a 1.000.000 USD check for performing over here and promoting our country. That's what I've read somewhere after she performed here, that the state gave her 1 million dollars for performing here, but that money wasn't actually added to the gross of the show that was reported by billboard since the money wasn't made out of ticket sales.
There were NO discounts here.
I already said there were around 500-600 tickets given away for free as a part of the promotion of the show supported by the biggest radio stations but that wouldn't have affected the gross that much since I counted 22k people in that post and not all the 22.600 people that attended the show.

My country is indeed very beautiful, at least the place were I live, but we're economically speaking a kinda poor country compared to big european countries, but that doesn't mean we're poorer than other east european countries.

I really don't understand.. you country had the most expensive tickets in Europe (USD 172) without Russia... Why does live nation put expensive tickets in poor countries and cheap tickets in rich countries? I'm from South America and we had the most expensive tickets in the intire tour... and we are 10x poorer than USA.. UK.. France.. Japan..

Maybe the production costs in richer countries are less than that of "poor" countries.
Bulgaria was a flop and she performed.. Romania was a flop and she performed.. Nice was a flop and she performed.. Philippines was a flop and she performed.. Latvia was a flop and she performed.. Why shouldn't she perform in a country where the gross will be 10x bigger than this countries?

I don't know how much of the ticket price live nation controls. They may have a certain contract with the promoter, and the local promoters set prices they think the market will bear.
I just got home from the show tonight. Omg slayed again
Camped from about 8 AM (I came there 7.40 AM, and then they moved us into the MP line infront of the arena) and then we got moved inside about 12.00 PM and it was amazing to get inside and be warm! It was so cold outside! I'm gonna tell more + post pics and vids tomorrow!
