Oh, so now we're trying to find ways to make the fact she hasn't had a real global hit in almost 2 years a positive thing? That's probably more of a problem than not being able to "promote" it.
Nevermind the fact Alejandro, not even a lead single, had no global promotion and still was a major hit.
The longer her break, the bigger issues her "comeback" is going to face. Her lack of a hit is going to bite her, and if anyone needs evidence of that, her tanking Norwegian show (after she hasn't had a hit there in years) is an example. Australia, much of Eastern Europe, etc. are all without any recent Gaga hits.
