Idk I hear conflicting things about what size that is in the US. On the one hand, some people say that it's a 1 or 2, which Hilary is definitely not. While yesterday I was at Marshall's yesterday and the conversion chart said it was a 3 or 4, and I could definitely see Hilary being a 4 or higher...
Then again Hilary squeezes herself into her jeans most of the time so that could be the case.
Also, some brands are more loose with their sizes, like Gap for example.
