No, I'm ready for her consciously and intentionally moving on from focusing on being a mainstream pop star with her next album, in her own way. I don't want her to continue to release dance music until radio just starts rejecting her, and she'll need to move on eventually.

RCA is just a ****** label. They have some of the biggest names in music, yet all of them have disappointing #'s (except Pink). Whenever her contract is up, she needs to leave them and go to a label who knows how promote someone right.

Agreed, the fact that they wouldn't let her release The Harold Song is a clear sign they dont beleive in her ability to sell albums. Terrible label

We shouldn't cry about it. It could still sell more in the future with upcoming releases. And even if it doesn't... so what. Ofc good sales would be nice. But we all, and everyone who listened to it, know that it's a really good (or at least decent, depending on personal taste) album and a step forward for her. That's all that counts in the end imo.

Even if Ke$ha were to get dropped (which I doubt she will be), there is really no need for concern because she is signed to Kemosabe, and Dr. Luke is the one responsible for a majority of her career anyways.

If Luke is wasting time and money on Becky G, he certainly will not care about Ke$ha's sales in the future and will keep her around. Also, everything from this era on iTunes is being listed under Kemosabe rather than RCA strangely enough.
