I agree it is kinda dull but i like Shut Up. The mini can't decide if it wants to be a ballad album or a R&B album which kills the flow. You can tell what genre they are trying to push her in due to her soulful vocals.
I'd prefer they let her do more cool R&B. More "Till It's Gone" like Janet than "Girl on Fire" by Alicia. Hell, more "Fallin'" by Alicia even. She's loaded with potential but she might end up getting squashed by an industry that doesn't like taking risks.

Yes yes and yes It would really work in her favor if they go that route,
also observation: the hip-hop stages always tend to have some of the best music of the show. The year with Yoon Mi Rae doing "Get It In" was epic, this year had some great moments...etc.

The thing where members of groups like Suju will make "rapper faces" or hand motions in the audience kind of annoys me to death.
They also could have chosen more bilingual singers for B.o.B. to work with but he's not that great anyway, so I guess it's about equal. At least K.Will held the torch instead of...whatever Seo did.
