Can somebody explain what BMG Club sales are and why they aren't counted in official #'s? Is there a site that has the BMG sales for different albums?

BMG was a large book selling chain, big in the 80's and 90's. If you were a member you got books really cheap and they sold with the books music albums. For example you bought 3 Books for 10$ then you could choose a musik album for 99 cent.

The album sales for some pop albums were maybe 20% of overall sales.

But it's difficult to include them in soundscan, because I mean 99 cent for an album

In the end of next year, If she has a great follow up album 21 will maybe sell for a long time 500k per year. In 15-20 years it will has a chance to sell 20 million albums but this is future talk.(This is the same scenario like the comparable Shania Twain blockbuster album)

Soundscan sales are different. Garth sold box sets that didn't get included by soundscan and he also has record club sales. His sales are alot higher than what soundscan has him listed at.

Can all of you please shut up about "club" sales? This list is a reflection of what people actually wanted, went out of their way, and spent full price to purchase. Albums sold through record clubs were usually bundled in bulk at bargain prices with another album that someone purchased at full price so that they could fullfill membership requirements, and those records were sold to the clubs at deep discounts usually late (six months after release) in the album's run so those club sales figures carry no real meaning or weight.
