Even if she did have a half-sister, she said that she likes David and Katy and has nothing bad to say about them
----------
Here's my continuation of the singles thingy:
The one on the left would be the original, the one on the right would be the re-release.
Album: The Black Box- Come Alive (Produced by Calvin Harris)
- Take You Out (feat. Rihanna)
Re-release EP: Black Magic
- Waterfalls (feat. Stevie Nicks)

You do realize I made that whole thing up out of boredom right... I even said it in the post... Clearly reading is key.

I swear, now that she's on break, I actually hear her more on the radio. Not that I'm complaining about the Queen.

You... have... one... great... imagination!!! It's actually VERY well done, lol. Written strongly as well!!... but I think you should try and clarify better that it's just MADE UP and not real. Not everyone reads every word--some skim... I am guilty of doing so... and for whatever other reasons... ppl fall fast and hard, LOL!

No, I didn't. But really, very well thought out. It's certainly believable to the untrained eye, tee hehe!

Video of the queen talking about being Billboard's Woman of the Year and briefly about the next era
http://www.billboard.com/news/katy-p...08029042.story
Quote:
Even after Katy Perry's tireless run of chart-topping successes, being named Billboard's Woman of the Year came as a shock.
"I thought my year was over!" she laughed in an interview. "It does feel like this record has never ended."
The record in question, 2010's "Teenage Dream," launched a number of hit singles, an expanded re-release and the "California Dreams" world tour documented in the 3D film "Katy Perry: Part of Me." She reached No. 2 on the Hot 100 with "Wide Awake," her most recent single, which she debuted at the Billboard Music Awards in May. The album set a record with five Hot 100 No. 1s -- an unprecedented feat for a female artist.
"I like to be viewed as a strong woman and I think that's what Billboard is basically saying," she said.
And Perry credits a number of female artists who came before her, from Ella Fitzgerald to Alanis Morissette, as influences on her sky-high career.
"'Jagged Little Pill' by Alanis Morissette, every single song struck a chord, an emotional chord inside of me," she said.
With the "Teenage Dream" cycle behind her at last, she says fans can expect to be surprised with what's coming next.
"I'm excited for the next evolution -- it will be an evolution," she promised.
Perry will receive the Woman of the Year award at the 2012 Billboard Women in Music event in New York City on Friday, Nov. 30.

Okay, I absolutely despise "Peacock". But it always bothers me when people do the absolute most on the lyrics.
I mean:
Quote:
You've got the finest architecture
End of the rainbow lookin' treasure
|
Quote:
I want the jaw droppin', eye poppin', head turnin', body shockin'
I want my heart throbbin', ground shakin', show stoppin', amazing
|
Quote:
Skip the talk, heard it all, time to walk the walk
brake me off, if you bad, show me who's the boss
need some goose, if you lose, come on take a shot
|
Quote:
Such a tease
Wanna see the show, oh
In 3D, a movie
Heard it's beautiful, oh
|
Quote:
Magical, colorful, Mr. Mystery, ee
I'm intrigued, for a peek
|
As a whole the song is worthless trash, but the lyrics are kinda clever (even the pea **** reference)
Don't kill me

^How can you post a list of Peacock highlights and NOT include the bridge?!
I absolutely despise the song (whilst sober), but even I can see the flawlessness of the middle 8. It's a brilliant piece of writing in the middle of an otherwise questionable song.
