Taylor should have been in the US. If she would have had a contest to where the 1st 1000 people who bought her albums at Best Buy got tickets to meet her then she would have had a chance at beating Rih. I definitely think that was the biggest reason for Rih's huge sales was her best buy deal in New York.

I was thinking though, Rihanna beats Taylor in mainly the UK only.

Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada, Japan, some Europe places (Ireland and Norway) and Brazil, Taylor sells better.

Though, I guess albums sales doesn't make you global, if you're song doesn't go to 1.

Rih is basically the Taylor Swift of the UK. Most of her 'global' sales come from there.
