He said nothing about race tho or gender tho.
If anything, all he's saying is that he doesn't think a rapper won't understand a rocker.
A lot of people didn't take it that way though, including her. So I think she had every right to address the issue (those 3 tweets were enough) however the tweets and retweets after were way too far
side note: I guess it's safe to say we won't see her on 'the view anymore

I just wish she'd stop viewing herself as the "little black girl rapper from Queens". The race and victim cards are getting tiring.
