IIRC Nicole said her album was finished before live shows even started, so her team had time to plan a release and get her single and album out when sales are at their highest and when she had X Factor to use as a launch pad, instead it looks like they are going for a early 2013 release when sales are at their lowest and their aren't as many big shows around to perform on.

Who is part of her team? Does anybody know who her manager is?

She has ALL the potential to become the UK queen of pop. She just needs a good song. The UK public are 100% here for her after her SUCCESSFUL stint on X Factor. I hated her before UK X Factor and she MADE me love her. I will be here for it. Poison 2.0. PLEASE!

She's shooting the music video for the 1st single in a couple of days. Her stylist tweeted that she's working on clothes for Nicole's dancers in the music video.
And JaQuel Knight, Beyonce's choreographer, and the one who Nicole worked with on her Killer Love Tour, was spotted with Nicole yesterday in London.
Which means he's probably the choreographer.

So we should expect a dance anthem.

And its also quite possible now that she'll perform at the X Factor Finals, as it was previously reported.
