There's a post on Tumblr made by a Baby which got thousands of notes explaining how to use the hack. So, yes, they are cheating and that is so obvious considering EXO was millions of votes ahead of BAP two days ago

I'm not sure about the Davichi issue but that could be true as well since they are nobodies. It's not possible for a girl duo whose videos get 500k views to rise up to the most popular global male group....

About Davichi it's not true, there's a campain against SuJu wich consists of male k-pop fans, that's why they're doing that good.

That hack just makes the process of voting 5 times a day easier and I did see Exotics using that method as well. So if that’s considered cheating, both fandoms were doing it.

Of course they do....I remember the thing with some voting this or last year...I saw many instructions for cheating etc.
