I get the Rihanna comments, but that looks like a Graphic Designer's homework.
In no way she should've been scored that way.
She looks decent because someone with good editing skills made her look decent.

Ehh, I thought Gaga's coat made her look like a wealthy, classy middle-aged New Yorker. Her other purple outfits were the usual stuff that's outrageous and silly-looking.
