Hey guys, I was wondering if someone has airplay info for Mariah's pre TEOM singles?
For example, I know Heartbreaker's radio peak was of 67.5 million, and that Honey's was a little over 43 million, after an incredible 35 million on its first week.

Does anyone know the peaks and re-peaks of 'All I Want For Christmas Is You'? I know it's been back selling great every year since its release, but was it allowed to chart? I remember reading about some restriction rules or something, but I'm not completely sure what that was all about. So, yes, receipts would be appreciated.

It wasn't allowed to chart from 1994-1999.
In 2000, it charted at 83.
Then the rules were changed, so it hasn't been allowed to chart since then.
Why wasn't it allowed to chart in 1994? The lead single of the album
It it eligible of charting as of today, 2012?
Because before 1999, in order to chart, a song had to have a CD single released. AIWFCIY did not have one released.
And I don't know if it can chart. I know they changed the rules to allow I Will Always Love You to chart after Whitney died, idk if that applies to AIWFCIY.
I just checked. Yes, it can. But only if it would rank above #50.

"Going forward, we feel that it is the proper move to allow older titles posting enough activity to return to the Hot 100 if ranking in the chart's upper half," he said.
"All I Want for Christmas Is You" is eligible to chart again on the Hot 100 under the new rule. It will definitely be strong enough to enter the top 50. Let's hope Bill-mess-board stop applying new rules (in this case, against Holiday songs). They seem so biased nowadays. "All I Want for Christmas Is You" deserves a new peak. #83 doesn't represent its actual chart performance.
The song peaked at 60 million (more or less) on airplay in the recent years. The general public has been supportive as you know, so this is the chance. MC's US fanbase must push this in the Christmas week! A download campaign would be awesome. Top 10 guaranteed.
