This is exactly the reason why The Fame Monster is flawless. The music on ARTPOP needs to be consistent and strong throughout the album if she wants 16+ songs.

Been a fan since summer 2009 (around the time "Lovegame" was ruling radio/right before "Paparazzi" vid and -the- performance), but honestly it's not as fun anymore since every one is so bitter and rude towards each other and Gaga.
I started stanning in October after the Poker Face video. I had already heard the album through a *******, and I vowed to buy it. I listened to it in like October of 08 and bought in March of 09.
The people who jumped ship now are mostly those who stanned for her in 2009 anyway 
Paparazzi paved the way for me and Bad Romance finished the job
