The location of the symbol will be revealed as soon as #KESHAWARRIOR is tweeted enough to fill the bar on the map to 100%. From there, Animals have to go out and look for the symbol.
It's dropping by chunks of 20%. That's not gradual enough to just be from slow tweeting. It is either a glitch or whoever is behind it raising the required number of tweets.
