i am excited for State Of Grace. .. IKYWT just needs to be released on Radios... its one of those songs that has smash written all over it and so it will be a hit with just the Radio!

so i m not worried!!
and i dont want anymore #1s desperately tbh... having a #1 song is a status thing, so i m glad she has one now, but like P!nk gets consistent top 10 hits without much #1, i m happy with that!!

so IKYWT will smash whenever it happens.. till then SELL ALBUMS!!

Don t get me wrong i personally love Begin Again, BUT it s a flop on country so far and it didn t show its utility

I guess it s the same case with The Story Of Us, i love it (my fave off SN) but it s a flop, there s no need to argue because it s a fact.

and I would be as mad as I am now if she releases Starlight, def my favorite tune from Taylor but it will flop if it gets adds.

Maybe its a slow burner? If it is it is gonna help album sales longevity a lot.

It really isn't doing that bad. Its staying right with Kenny and Brad its just alot of songs are increasing right now.

IKYWT needs to be released now. It's been #1 for a week at my radio station and it seems we are always late to play her songs so wtf is the hold up

Oh and I got that SoG email too, looking forward to the performance, I guess she'll shorten it for TV maybe?

Overexposed artists like Taylor won t have a real slowburner any more, they even tend to be frontloaded, becasue any song from them will quickly be played by stations if it s a hit...only unknown artists can. If Begin Again is a success, it should ve reached the top 10 on itunes after one performance or an MV.

i mean its been 48 days since it was released, if you look at the mediabase chart its got the lowest days of all the songs around it!
Little Big Town's Tornado has been on it for 42 days and its @ #22, AND Eric Church's Creeping is @ #10 in 129 days ... so i think Begin Again is doing really good!

and we shall not forget when Ours stalled around #10-15 and we thought it was gonna break the top 10 streak!

This is just how the country chart works. Its always clustered and it seems slow once you get in the top 20. It is alot different then the pop chart where you can go to #1 in like 8 weeks.

right? Country Charts have always been super slow... there are songs that have been on the charts for ~250 days!!

so i m not AT ALL worried about Begin Again ... it will continue to rise for another month or two still !!

I think it will take around 16-17 to peak and It will probably top the Cojntry airplay charts

The only big exception is Blake Shelton but it seems to hurt him because his album sales, despite many weeks at #1 on radio, is lower then Jason, ZBB, Taylor, Carrie, Lady A, and the other mega stars. So I think a solid steady climb is better then rushing to the top.
