Toxic only peaked at nine in the Us because the chart system was really different back then. Toxic was the only relevant pop song of its time. Wasnt it urban/r&b the ones that ruled the charts back then?

"If I Were a Boy" is so not Bey's best, but I'm glad to know that it beat out "Telephone." I wouldn't have liked it if TP would have been her most successful in terms of this criteria.
