Chris is my favorite all around artist as I tell people (singing, dancing, acting, directing, producing etc. etc.) But he is basically no longer my favorite CONSISTENT song maker. Fortune gave us Don't Judge Me which is one of my all time favorite songs, but other than that the album was decent. Whereas Drake I'll like the whole album because he isn't too busy trying to appeal to a national audience all of the time.
When will Chris just give up with these dance tunes, that's what I want to know? How many of them have to "under-perform" before he realizes they're not working for him? When is he ever going to get another hit as big as Look At Me Now?
Drake is much more popular than Chris, even here in the UK, because he doesn't do crappy songs like this.

drake is also not a real singer.
and his pop songs actually perform well..
but it's tiring nonetheless... he should come out with something like Forever

2 of his "under-performing" dance tunes went Top 10 this year.

i mean realistically DWMU peaked higher on radio and even tho LAMN peaked higher on billboard and itunes it didnt crack top 5 either so its the same top 10 hit as his other dance tracks
Ignoring the fact its too soon to release with DWMU and possible urban crossovers, i love this song and his pop songs are doing better every time so no reason why this wont smash.
Didn't he do that with his Fortune album? I mean, the real R&B Chris Brown was on it.
It is so tyring people wanting their faves to "go back to......"
Don't you want your fav to improve/ grow musically in stead of taking steps back?
But is he evolving tho? Honestly?
And most of his fans want him to go back to his Exclusive/R&B days anyways, Fortune was just incredibly lackluster attempt.
