A song being good or bad doesn't mean it's a filler, just means that is was put on the album without planning it to be a single/big hit.
CUNext Tuesday is good, but it's a filler.
The other 7 tracks could have all been singles. And they all would have easily charted too.
I'll just go to the mall in our 30 minute lunchbreak
