If you read the rest of my post you will see I said that writing songs isn't the best reason for why she isn't a legend. I said that others are legends despite not writing songs. I was just saying for others he could be seen as an exception do to his success. Also how long have the WW charts been around? I'm sure Elvis had WW hits that wouldn't be taken into account due to when he started.

No one is denying that Britney was a huge pop artists in the 90's but it takes way more than that to be considered a LEGEND. Nsync, BSB and 98 degrees all had huge impacts on pop music in the 90's...none of them are legendary. HUGE, yes but LEGENDARY? Let's be serious. I don't know where you got the statement that we level her with those people above. She's not with the same level as those people above but she's the only legend in our generation. She contributed so much with what we hear on the radio in 1999-2012. Her influence is still blatantly clear. Not all legends are on the same level. Madonna isn't in the same level with The Beatles, Presley and Sinatra. Don't try it. She's a legend but she's still below these people.

Not long at all. I would say at the most 8 years.

The 2 German's and dog decided to make some unofficial freewebs mess that the girls cling onto as if it's factual information. It would be the same as me or you making a charts site.

I only use it when it's convenient, like for G0D her enormous amount of WW top 10's or that all time chart for the occasional SYG fight.
