It was written by Max Martin, maybe Xtina didn't want another Max track on the album.
Also, the timing of the album actually makes tons of sense now. She wanted to wait for the live shows to start, and also knew that this week would be all about the presidential election. She's been doing more promotion now (the Sandy benefit, Jimmy Fallon) and I bet she'll do Make the World Move (with CeeLo) and Just a Fool (with Blake) next week... in addition to either Your Body or whatever is coming as the next single (potentially all together in a medley?).
If this happens and the promotion is actually excellent, even though the gorls here (including me) have kind of been flipping out about it... I'll be thrilled and also dead.
