Max Martin produced one country song so he's not exactly a country producer. But if he did more songs like that I wouldn't complain. It's the "hey is this kesha or pink or avril... oh it's Taylor!" type songs that buuuuggg". And there was no way they were bringing Max Martin on board to make country songs. He was brought on to make radio hits, it's pretty obvious. That's what he does and he's very good at making smash singles.

22 isn't going to get her a grammy nom. IKYWT might, but 22 won't. And so far Taylor is only a darling of the country voting block. 5 of her 6 Grammys come from country genres.

The thing I dislike the most out of the Max Martin (and well all of the work she did with other producers) is she doesn't have a co-producing credit on any of them. She does on the ones with Nathan Chapman and those songs feel like her. :/

Ahhh i thought you meant 22 would get a nom for song I was confused there because yeah that song isn't getting any grammy recognition (watch me eat my words next year, whatever come at me bro!).

I don't think she needs 22 to get AOTY though, I think a couple successful songs on country, WANEGBT and IKYWT on pop and a huge crossover hit plus one of the ****ing amazing epic songs and she's in. They could just leave 22 in this era and never address it again. I think if she had opened the era with 22 it would be different but she needs to end on a high note and not on that.

She needs that crossover hit though. Adele had RITD, Lady A had Need You Now, Taylor with Love Story and Fearless... I kind of think NARAS is starting to expect that now. :/

Releasing 22 is like releasing Pound The Alarm, just sound almost same with the lead single
Ppl should know that Red containing various kind of song
And I don't think she should expose Max Martin too much. Dan Wilson made one of biggest hit in this decade, she will release other song from other producer

So, after IKYWT, cross-over hit Red, I think she will do dual release again
I Almost Do/Treacherous for country, Everything Has Changed for Pop/HAC/AC
