Okay, stepping out of my fantasy world of the Peace and Freedom Party having a success, I am all in support of Obama. Neither of the candidates are the strongest, but I trust Obama. I have trusted Obama the past 4 years. He would do a better job than the major competition (Romney), but still I'm for the Peace and Freedom Party. The US as a country needs to eliminate war altogether, it will only worsen the economy. We also need to focus on environmental issues. Social issues such as marriage equality, abortion, and the legalization of marijuana may have to wait until the economy is better, when in reality, these should have never been social issues to begin with -- they should have already been dealt with.
We just need to work together and compromise. George Washington feared that political parties could divide the nation. Why do both parties have to constantly argue for what that specific party wants? Shouldn't they think of how both of the parties can work together to make the problems better for everyone? People are so dissatisfied with the government, but it's due to their own stubbornness.
