ATRL is a bad way to measure how much an album is being anticipated. Especially since nobody here really cares for Ke$ha. There are numerous people constantly perched in the XTina thread to see her flop, and people perched in the Rihanna thread to see her fail to attain a #1.
Ke$ha is much like Gaga in the sense that although everybody hates her thats not a stan, she brings them in like bloodhounds in her threads.
ATRL is a very inconsistent way to measure public opinions. It is a very biased board barely reflective of the general public, less than 0.0001%
I hope she was informed
