yeah if it leaks it won't hurt, if people are ignorant, they will, just look at Bionic, people were mainly blindly hating on the net (ofcourse there are exceptions who didn';t liked the album) but some appriciated the album during the months, becaus ethey actually gave the album a chance and didn't blindly followed the "this record sucks because 20 of my twitter/facebook/tumblr followers/friends said so" bandwagon.
If people are going to buy it they will, if people are going to DL it they will. It doesn't matter if it leaks or not.

Sometimes I want to buy an album. Then it leaks, I listen to it and when the release date arrives, I don't buy it anymore because I got tired of it / haven't liked at all.
While if the album leaks 2-3 days before the release date, I think I'd buy it.
