Even in candid pictures Rihanna looks fake and made up. At least gaga looks like she is having fun and in control of her own life.

Rihanna looks hotter, but the actual costume doesn't scream 'weed' to me...rather some sort of bridal wood nymph crossed with mother nature.
Gaga is very obviously weed-related. Not sold on the actual execution, but the crown was cool.
