Yes, it annoys me that she had less airplay with 4 as it arguably contained her best music and many people didn't get to hear it,
but if to get played on the radio the quality of her music declines, I'd rather she stayed away from it.

No. Pop music can and often is amazing. But a lot of it is indistinguishable from the rest.
And I fear that Beyoncé working with the producers named above, Guetta, Dr. Luke particularly will produce (subjectively) worse music than what she creates with RnB producers.
She's displayed diversity throughout her first 4 albums.
