No it is not a crime. I don't know about you but I'm pretty sure that MIXED GORILLA () is not a race. It comes off as ignorant especially when I am of mixed origin as well.

Yes, I'm mixed (25% black, 75% italian) and I still don't know you got all heated up!! Just because i called that guy "gorilla" mixed!! I call every guy with six-packs gorilla juicehead, whether you're black or white it doesn't matter. It comes off as ignorant when you don't think twice before jumping on people for no reason. But it's insensitive and RACIST to refer to blacks as monkeys or gorillas. Blacks were called monkeys and gorillas, and drawn as them during the jim crow era, basically it's as degrading as the n word. That's why he and I am heated you don't need to refer to someone (especially black), as a gorilla to call them sexy.
