Target has a ~deluxe~ edition of the album where it is only available at Target stores, it gets huge promo in the states with commercials on all the time.

Isn't Target anti-gay or something? If Miley did a deal with them that'd be kind of weird. I hope she has an album deal somewhere though.

Like Kiss N Tell said I hope she'd have a deal with a global company. Maybe she could do something similar to Madonna and package her album with tour tickets, get that 5th #1 alberm.
Just got off the phone with Miley's manager - he said that a few labels want Miley and they're still in negotiations! He said all of 2013 she'll be travelling the world and doing promo for the single and album!
So Miley's new music is the type we love on the radio, but Miley's version. Also she's almost done recording, but wants it perfect. They're hoping for a single out before the end of this year, but they need a label first... So I don't think they can promise anymore. And Miley will be on a few more talk shows I think coming up

Miley never keeps her promises. I hate ha! Plus album sales are the pits in the beginning of the year since everyone already spent their coins on Christmas presents. She gone flop.
