Make sure your submissions for New Recruit are actually New Recruits. Look for their sign up dates and DOUBLE CHECK.
Same goes for Best Breakthrough. *Hint: Think 2011 and back. But not the late 2011s (Oct-December) that are eligible for Recruit.
If I see anymore bad ballots with ppl who are not eligible for that category.. they will get no points so make sure you double check.
Thanks. And dont think Im gonna skip over the rules, if I see a name more than 7 times on a ballot that Ballot is null and void.
And yes, categories with (***) U cant submit anything for them. If you do, they wont be counted as those are decided by the committee.

Yes! I would love to see the few remaining older members win the majority of the awards.
That probably wont happen this year unlike last year where the old heads dominated. Navy of the Year leaves me very intrigued. There really is no front runner.
