This myth that stations aren't playing this song because they're waiting for the adds date is delusional and needs to stop.
A song gets sent to radio and can be played well before it's "official" impact date. MKIA was sent to radio 2 weeks before its adds date, and CMB just one week. Stations have the song, and nothing is stopping them from wanting to play it.
While I hope it starts to pick up on Monday/Tuesday, that is simply not a guarantee.

You need to give it time, boo. Don't forget that Stronger is still getting a LOT of recurrent Pop plays, and Dark Side, however insignificant, is still receiving many pop plays. Even MKIA I'm hearing it more than ever around here, still. I'm sure that stations will play the song more in the coming weeks. An adds date is just when the label would
like the song to be added. Many stations wait weeks and weeks after the adds date to start playing it more. It's all a crapshoot. Timing is everything. A lot of stations also play the songs before the adds date, as we know. The label can request that the stations not report the add until the actual adds date though. The song was sent to radio last Wednesday, yes, which means there's a lot of testing going on with the song.
I know Kiss108 here in Boston has their weekly music meetings on Monday mornings to decide what to add to the lineup. Many stations, I'm sure, follow the same pattern. It's probably still going to be played in meetings this coming Monday on it's official adds date since it's still very new and then we'll see more traction from there. It's just too early to be so worried before the adds date. It's only been a week and a half and Kelly still has 3 singles getting decent rotation. This is not really treated like a lead single for a brand new album. It's almost like a 4th single from Stronger, IMO. It's only been a year since that album was released and we got 3 singles from it in that time frame. I'm not expecting CMB to really start climbing until mid November tbh.
