I'm just excited for radio adds. The single has already outperformed my expectations on iTunes. I didn't imagine it would climb so high without a banner or much radio play. Calm down. The public is here for the song. Once it gets more exposure it'll smash

It climbed for the same reasons MKIA climbed. It's a brand new Kelly Clarkson single, with a visible presence on the iTunes store. Yes, it was exciting to watch it climb, but it really wasn't anything unexpected... at least not for me.

But MKIA was really hyped as were her previous lead singles. This one was really just dropped and I feel like not many people aside from stans or casual fans that happened to check out certain media outlets knew about it. I have no idea how it climbed hundreds of spots before it even got the little iTunes thumbnail. I remain surprised, lol. But I'm obviously thrilled for ha.
It will climb back up, it's only day two. It will surge and smash when the time is right. Imagine CMB and Dont Rush being the top 2, after CMA Anyone can dream, right?
Right, so Dark Side didn't even make it to the top 10 and CMB already has. I definitely think CMB will be more popular than DS, but probably not as big as Stronger. Even if Dark Side was a flop it still went gold, which is more then I can say for some flop singles from certain other pop girls...
