Honestly, I think this is CNN's response to the claims that they're too liberal. They're trying to overcompensate.

That's all the third parties candidates function as right now, and that's most likely all they ever will function as in United States Presidential elections.

All elections in this country will be close in the popular vote because of certain ideological divides, but really, this election is basically a rerun of 2004.

But CNN needs hits and Nielsen ratings, so I understand why they want to pretend it's a tossup.

I beg to differ, I see the libertarians becoming a major force in the next few elections. Ron Paul proved a point during his candidacy and had almost the entire Internet on his side.

You still want the government to run schools? Paying private companies to run charter schools ensures that the schools are top quality. Government run schools creates a monopoly over free education, meaning if a school is doing poorly then nobody can counter it, and the school will continue to function without any change.
Not to mention that the administration for these public schools is massive. We could easily cut school budget 10, 20, 30% by cutting down on their administration.
