So glad to see RCA didn't flop on Kelly's Grammy submissions!
I don't want to jinx Kelly, but I think she has a great shot at Pop Vocal Album if they go the commercial/success route. She and Rihanna are the top two picks there. I think that Rih's antics throughout this era though have probably hurt her in the eyes of Grammy voters. The whole Birthday Cake f/ Chris Brown and her reuniting with him has been a big story that's gotten a lot of negative media attention. The Grammy's should be about the music, but for some reason I just think she's going to get paid dust this year.
Don't count out Fiona Apple though. It would be ironic because Kelly and Fiona were nominated together in 2006 and Kelly won. Norah Jones is a Grammy favorite as well and she had an album come out this year. There will be some shocks and surprises so I just hope that Kelly doesn't get paid dust AGAIN.
