I do, it's lulzy. Sometimes I even add foreign characters.
What I basically do is this:
I run my index finger along the row with "asdf" in it really fast, then
when I get to the other end, I go in the opposite direction using my
index and middle fingers on every other row, hitting random keys.

Sometimes I delete the vowels if there are too many.
