Last week ONM had 125M AI, 167K sales,816K On-demand streams and unknown amount of passive streaming that also is included in hot 100. GS has 56M AI, 257K sales and 1M streams.
Both songs increases radio AI and streaming but decreased in sales, i think the same trend will continue next week, although OMN seems is peaking on streaming.
I don't know exact formula but those points from my estimates is worth about 440K in pure sales.
So I think she need at least 440K sales for a chance to #1 debut.
