That's not it. She had to turn in probably the cover and everything before she went out on tour, and with the E! Specials, the perfume, AI, tour, and recording the actual MUSIC, the ALBUM ART wasn't a priority.

I'm questioning Nicki.
Like, I just don't understand. I've never seen an artist with such a POOR creative eye. Like, common people would pick that album cover as the official one to release world wide, let alone an established artist. 
She's letting a fan (who doesn't know what the **** she's doing with ha ratchet ass) design something that represents her BRAND, and it's complete ****. She's letting a FAN **** up her brand, and that's unacceptable. EVERYONE else gets a professional, EVERYONE. It's cute to allow fans to contribute to things here and there, but not something as big as an album cover. She already tried that mess with PF:RR and it FAILED, so what possessed her to try it again?
Moreover, if you're going to let a fan do it, at least let a fan with TALENT do it. There were SO many better covers out there, including Daily's, mine (  ), and I assume Asiey's, among others. Why would she pick such a basic one? I mean, a STILL from a music video? Gyal bye. I mean, if you're going to pick a ratchet fanmade cover, AT LEAST pick a ratchet fanmade cover that's a SQUARE.

Theres still time to do something in between even if it's not up to best quality she can do it she's not the only artist that has tons of things going on but whatever I guess it wasn't a priority to her.
She could of had an illustration drawn for her at least

She's not going to pick one over the other so I don't know why people feel like trashing one side like that is really going to change her vision.
I appreciate PF for giving her a template to do urban, r&b, dance, pop and establish a brand and a fanbase
I appreciate PF RR for taking that template to the next level and having good pop songs to expand her WW market while also trying to cater to urban to show that she can put out both styles.
I will appreciate PF RR TRU for giving fans more urban bangers since people appreciate the urban hits of PF over PFRR and also can put her back on the map with urban radio and therefore gaining back the fairweather fans that thought she went too far with Starships and Pound the alarm. Not that they don't like the songs but don't like the direction and assumed she was sending a message to abandon her core base. People who like urban music don't necessarily want to listen to beez in the trap either...I think she has her Blazin, Moment for life, Champion, Catch me types songs for the TRU.

What other artists have the same amount going on? NOBODY.
Literally, Nicki is the only one doing AI (or any show), a TOUR, recording an EP, promoting a PERFUME, finishing a CLOTHING LINE, filming a SPECIAL, and god knows what else in a short period.
She didn't even have the time to reshoot the VVV video.

I hope she doesn't think songs in the vein of PFRR's first half is what people want to hear, or what they'll associate with Mixtape Nicki.
