Shes done it before tho? Ever since Rated R, Rih never starts promo until LATE october/Early November. And even if the album comes out in November, do u honestly think its really going to affect her sales? This is RIHANNA we are talking about. One of the biggest pop superstars on the planet, if not the biggest. She could literally announce the album's release date 5 minutes before it was released and it would still become a huge seller.
