I don't know if she's bigger here than in the states... I know that You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go peaked higher on iTunes here, and LOL peaked at #1 faster and for way longer on iTunes too.
But she's got 2 #1 albums, 4 top 10 singles and sold over a million records here even though a lot of her albums aren't certified.
Canada is a stan and she pays us dust.
I stay confident that if she'd just play her cards right this could still be her biggest era internationally.
She's never going to touch her peak in the US again but Can't Be Tamed is arguably her biggest album worldwide and that was her flop era.
This actually makes me hope that she covered Jolene again during the backyard sessions. 
In terms of quality and actual gross. 
I don't know if she can still make $1 million+ per show every night in the US anymore but she's still a huge name so as long as she does a lot of dates it could even out. 
I think that would be for the best.
I remember when I used to be the #1 commenter in here, till somebody scalped my wig. 
But I'm still working on getting more Miley stans to join.
