Let me go back to my post that I made on the Navy Awards.

Your application has to be sent in by October 16th. A decision will be made by the 19th. The winner will know the decision and it will all be revealed along with all of this year's categories on the 21st, you will have two weeks to submit nominations for every category And the official nominations come out November 12th. As soon as nominations come out, official voting goes up. The show is on December 2nd.

She's probably releasing the dates in November so that ppl can buy tickets over the holiday season.
I dont see her starting the UK LEG until June though. She has 2 dates in the Philippines reportedly on the 23rd and 24th. Unless she's doing a small asian leg with like 5-8 dates.
