I know some of you guys are going to hate this, but I sincerely wouldn't care if Beyonce never had another hit again, as long as she kept putting out incredible songs, amazing vocals, fantastic performances and perfect music videos (a lot to ask but Beyonce hasn't really let us down thus far).
The saddest circumstance I think is when artists who are massively successful get insecure and start to pander to audiences and styles that they don't seem comfortable at all with, making them desperate looking and unhappy. It's unfair to expect an artist to merge with each and every trend that happens in the music industry throughout their career and maintain artistry.
ATRL is way too caught up in numbers and statistics and its setting unreal expectations about what an artist needs to achieve in order to have credibility, meanwhile countless artists are getting huge hits with soulless, uninspired music that sounds like it came out of a money transaction more than a music studio, and that is something I hope (but know) Beyonce would never do.
Also I would love for Beyonce to record a holiday album at some point in her career. A real classy, jazzy, funky, soulful Christmas album with new and old songs alike. I'm sure she could introduce a holiday classic.
(Not like 8 Days of Christmas though. It just felt messy and the only song I feel worked on that album was Choir of the Bells).
Right now I think her most Christmassy song is Once in a Lifetime (not in content but in sound, maybe its the bells, but it always gave me a Christmas-vibe).

I always wanted to make a compilation video of Queen Latifah rocking out while Beyonce's on stage performing. She loves her!
