Taylor definitely has a history of "lifting" lyrics. Look at "Ronan," where "I love you to the moon and back" came directly from the mom's blog. Or "Should've Said No," which Taylor said is almost entirely real quotations of a conversation between her and the guy. If Adam really tweeted this, and it's in Taylor's lyrics, I doubt it was an accident.

She gave Maya, Ronan's mom, a writing credit on the song. A lot of those lyrics were actual things that she would say to Ronan in real life, as well as on the blog.
I've heard the expression about forgetting someone is like knowing someone you've never met plenty of times, it wasn't originally written by Taylor, nor was it an original quote by Adam either. I wouldn't look too far into it. I don't think there's any correlation. Especially because there is not a chance in ANY way that "Red" could possibly be about Adam.
